As an experienced Senior Computer Operator with over a decade of experience in the IT field, I have developed a vast amount of experience resolving technical problems and providing solutions. I have improved the University of Guam (UOG) customer satisfaction by optimizing IT operational response time for service. As a leader of the UOG Helpdesk team, my team has received multiple praises and customer satisfaction across UOG. I provide clear and oral documentation and can relay information to any audience in an understandable way. I have led numerous projects with the different technical teams of the Office of Information Technology. With several years of specialized experience, I have developed expertise in the following areas: Diagnosing and resolving complex computer hardware and software issues in response to customer-reported incidents. Assisted in analyzing user requirements and provided alternative system approaches to address automation problems effectively. I have also gained experience working with servers and setting up multiple servers and VM servers ranging from active directories to SQL servers and application servers. In addition, I am CompTIA Security + Certified; while setting up these servers, I also secure them by setting up proper security measures.
