-Perform and enforce the four range of police officer duties within the military installation

-Perform the full range of Base Entry Controller duties. Ensure individual requesting access to the installation to have the proper identification credentials before entering.

-Performed the full range of duties for defending protection level resources.

-Serve as a security forces dispatcher for the installation.

-Knowledge of police officer, procedures, and operating methods to perform the full range of police officer activities independently.

-Knowledge of special operating requirements, methods, and procedures for enforcing specialized, personal access controls preventing unauthorized access to areas with stringent security requirements are enforced.

-Knowledge of the rights of detained individuals and organizational rules regarding the appropriate use of force to be used in the apprehension of persons.

-Knowledge of the practices and techniques for functioning as a quick reaction force team member in support of integrated base defense and of operation of specialized weapons, security systems, and equipment.

-Knowledge of tactics techniques and procedures necessary for preparation and response of catastrophic events, enemy attacks, and related threats to installations.

-Ability to operate the Incident Management System, and the Security Force Management Information System.

-Knowledge of the technical phases of crime prevention, law enforcement, rules of evidence and related functions such as investigation, patrol, traffic control and safety, recorded keeping, care and custody of persons, care of custody of belongings, and police training.

-Ability to learn, interpret, and apply Federal Aviation and GIAA regulations and Guam Criminal and Motor Vehicle Codes, laws, statutes and procedure relating to the protection of life and property at the Guam International Airport Authority.

-Ability to enforce laws with tact, firmness, and impartially.

-Ability to observe, collect, and analyze information relating to criminal activities.

-Ability to locate, collect, and preserve evidence.

-Ability to exercise sound judgement in the performance of duties.
