I did help out at least for a month housing one of their clients of the Homelessness and Poverty prevention who came in a a Ghura Plug In with the goals to house him temporarily for me that was about a month then he went to the other person house which was more compatible for him plus the elderly woman who is ninety years old is more patient and more gracious and smiles all the time plus everybody likes her better and I don't blame them I added why they like her better, until he is completed with probation. He only needed a few things to be completed for community service a long story before being allowed to return to his state otherwise God knows by providing food mostly meats something nutritional even sometimes a little bit of cash. I could spare or sharing my time listening to stories told me called out as giving of my time to hear someone listening to the other persons point of view expressing how someone feels with hopefully we make them feel they are alright and that everything is going to be alright. They had clients actually flown out of Guam to greener pastures with more choices and better opportunities for growth and development. One thing accomplished of whatever consists of was they had a donated mileage card to purchase an air plane flight with accommodations because some do care about them to have initiated and followed through all the painstaking efforts to fly back to his home with hopes to start a new life hopefully with his family for whatever it is good for him offering a second chance objective/initiative. One of them flown back over two years ago that way was veteran with PTSD facing the uncertainty of the future and homelessness. I heard could have died if we had not intervened and agreed to help including myself when asked to help out as a last resort the people or person in the face of uncertainty and homelessness which could lead to them being victims of exploitation of all kinds.

i used to work one hundred hours in the office typing correspondence, filing, boxing books for patients and wheeling patients to their floors as a volunteer clerk for the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, California.

I was once upon a time a substitute teacher Teacher ll for DOE when I was still attending the Univiersity of Guam

i contributed my comments over the years of this conflict we have with out environment with this projected expanding military build up with the brutality of atrocities that are done here and world wide from my personal experience and how I feel about it or know about it or those who are connected with the event. for example the North Korean conflict with threats from Rocketman to bomb this way has gone on for years since his grandfather. I know by face the present governor and I know the family of the last governor of Guam and and family members. That is only one of others it is very hard to talk about right now very disquieting .
