- Master of double ended 180 feet car and passenger ferry capacity of 37 vehicles and 600 passengers to Fort Island from the naval station at Pearl Harbor Hi. safety.
- Moved 200 Naval, commercial ships and fuel barges monthly at Naval Station Norfolk, VA. In support of safe and efficient port operations and fleet logistics requirements
- Moved 100 Naval, commercial ships and fuel barges monthly at Pearl Harbor, Hi; providing outstanding excellent port operations support to the US Navy ships in port schedule
- Identify support required by Military Sealift Command (MSC) interest vessels arriving in ship port facilities.
- Maintained harbor movement, bunkering, cargo operations histories and data bases to prepare reports utilizing various software: (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.)
- Served as in-port Watch Officer in charge of cargo loading and ballast operations
- Managed the daily operations, maintenance and supervision of assigned port operations crew planning and submitting dry dock and overhaul maintenance packages
- Managed, inspected and reviewed assigned scheduled for port operations and equipment, ensuring that all assets are monitored and maintained to provide on time operational safe logistics port operations fleet support.
- Served as Pilot for docking container and fuel vessels; and Person in Charge (PIC), of dry cargo and bunker operations.
- Completed over 30,000 safe ship assist and barge moves as Tug Master; providing logistics support to the fleet in support of port operations. Trained personnel to the highest safety standard in the work place
- Completed over 2000 ship moves as unlimited tonnage harbor pilot
