- Supervise staff of 8 - 10
- Prepare and manage staff schedule, Manage overtime and prepare for management approval for submission for payroll
- Perform staff evaluations and conduct employee discussion reports based on performance

- Lobby manage – assure branch operations runs accordingly
- Maintain and update appointment calendar – for scheduled appointments and walk-in customers
- Assure that all customer are serviced accordingly
- Prepare requests and oversee supply requisitions for the department’s operations
- Verify and certify fixed assets
- Support and mentor colleagues in assigned areas
- Assist and support other branches or departments if the need arises
- Attend meetings on behalf of the departments and disperse pertinent information to the team accordingly
