NRC Guam is easily the most complex of all 118 Navy Reserve Centers due to the dispersed geography,
but she is killing it!
FORCE-WIDE IMPACT. Her scope of responsibility includes 240 Sailors, 12 CPOs, one SCPO, and six
Officers in eight Reserve units geographically dispersed throughout nine countries. Under her
direct leadership, NRC Guam achieved a 100% mobilization success rate and completion of over 530
AT/ADT/IDTT orders and drill transactions totaling over 4.2M in liquidated entitlements and
providing direct support to operational commands throughout the INDOPACOM AOR. Manages every
department within the command including the processing of over 180 travel vouchers, lOK in supply
procurements, and 95% medical readiness.
DECKPLATE LEADER. As the SEL for the sole Navy Reserve command on Guam, she is sought out as the
subject matter expert for all Reserve matters. Personally managed the administering of over 80
Navy-Wide Advancement exams, resulting in 22 Sailors advancing to the next paygrade!
