  • Establishes and maintains 5 support agreements with 3 sister services and local agencies as Guam's sole Active-Duty Chemical Biological Radiation and Nuclear response team for a population of 168K.
  • Delivers General Officer level risk-to-mission analysis by planning & executing the Base's All Hazards Threat Assessment.
  • Mentored 17 leaders toward a readiness culture. Leveraging 7 completed Masters Degree courses, secured two TS positions aligning the flight's mission and priorities with the National Defense Strategy.
  • Selected to lead 2 USAF Emergency Management developmental pursuits fielding the 1st digital-based Career Development Course program, vetting 97 specialty training items for 300 students annually.
