team bonding

I personally like to have everyone involved as much as I possibly can, I like to invite others from different departments get out to enjoy the characteristics of each other and their personalities. I truly enjoy having those down to earth conversations and perspectives if for some reason we don't see eye-to-eye I would communicate with those individuals and see there perspectives with an open mind. I have a tremendous pleasure in talking about mistakes we all make and express that those events change how It changed how we saw it before and not take it to heart, if others felt a certain way I will immediately drop that topic, encourage others to do the same and move on in a professional manner. Go and have small outing or get together  have team members involved in organizing events and ensure an AWSOME time. On the side they my colleagues come to me for professional opinions or personal matters I will personally pull them to the side to talk about it on a one-to-one conversations, If needed help them or contractors understand from a third person party perspective.
