I. Telephone operations

• Facilitate incoming phone calls
• Fax reports to providers upon request, if available. If not available, take the following steps/ measures to get it available for providers.

- Contact the Post Processing Department.

- Assign and call Radiologist to read exam when post processing is done.

- Contact MT to typ our report.

- Confirm receipt of radiology report bt requesting provider.

II. Ramsoft system

• Monitor modalities in Ramsoft to make sure exams are in proper status.
• Monitor STAT exams PPD+ exams to make sure it's pushed through the system and read for same day service.
• Contact outside facilities to follow up on exams that are in completed status for proper paperwork.
• Assign exams to radiologist or performing radiologist for interpretation. Monitor , follow-up, document completion.
• Enter exams into Ramsoft when needed or upon radiologist request.

III. DEXA scan

• Quality control the DEXA machine daily for optimal operation.
• Scan patients and take measurements for bone scans.
• Create study report for radiologist to review.

• Swabbing staon assisng Nurses dues include assessments, swabbing for covid19, catching specimen to bring to lab, and lab work to include tesng specimen for results
• Scanning documents to computer for backup which also includes data entry
• Answer phones and schedule appointments and passing informaon where needed
• Assessing and schedule paents for Covid - 19 tesng
• Prepare hard copy of results for pick up.

• Collection calls and doing account visits for payments or pickups
• Handle cash transactions during the rest of my shift while offering monthly specials
• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Call customers on my Route reminding them of payments due
• Balance register before and after shift
• Receive and transfer inventory from warehouse
• Match invoice to purchase orders and input new inventory into Versirent
• Create Purchase order when needed also label new inventory
• Do weekly inventory at all locations.
