7. Brand Representation: Secure representations for prestigious events such as the World Business Forum in New York and Mexico.
8. Program Development:Design and oversee the delivery of corporate universities for Forbes-listed clients in Latin America.
9. Educational Leadership:Ensure the graduation of over 10,000 students in corporate programs and oversee the training of executive development programs for over 150 organizations annually across the company's various programs and schools.
10. School Management:Direct the growth and operations of the four schools under Bright Domino: The School of Technology, The School of Entrepreneurship, The School of Audiovisuals, and The Commercial School. More than 100+ facilitators certified.
1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborated closely with the founder of Colegio Montano, a well-established brick and mortar school with 35 years of legacy, to conceptualize and create the first 100% online school in Guatemala.
2. Curriculum Design: Played a pivotal role in the design of the school's comprehensive curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the educational standards and caters to the diverse learning needs of students.
3. Accreditation: Co-led the rigorous accreditation process with the Ministry of Education of Guatemala, successfully gaining recognition as the first 100% online school approved by the ministry.
4. Teacher Training: Oversaw the certification of over 80 teachers, ensuring they were adept at online instructional design and facilitation according to Escolaris' unique methodology.
5. Corporate University Design:Conceptualized and developed the Escolaris Corporate University aimed at training and enhancing the skills of educators in the online teaching domain.
6. Communication and Outreach: Supported the communication efforts, driving the school's reputation and attracting a student population of over 1,500 spanning from fourth grade to high school.
