  • Monitored and controlled the day to day operation of milling and packing operation thru the Operator Stations using PLC and Profibus technology

  • Supervised agency workers on their activities that are closely related to products preparation, wheat cleaning, milling, batching and packing
  • Managed flour and materials inventory thru the inventory system to ensure availability
  • Managed the production of both regular and specialty flour by coordinating with Quality Assurance and Logistics Department to achieve a good quality and sufficient availability of goods
  • Monitored flour quality by coordinating also to Quality Assurance to avoid flour rejection, to minimize reprocessing of flour
  • Coordinated with the sister plant when performing the flour blowing process to make certain that the receiving silos not to overflow and to avoid clogging up of silos and intermixing of flour and does the flour sampling by manually collecting samples from the designated blowing sampling point line
  • Operated the flour recycling system by knowing how to set-up the flow to avoid intermixing of the different flour types during the recycling process
  • Isolated the off-standard flour through manual bagging of the initial flour production loaded to the silo in order to ensure the quality of flour being blown
  • Scheduled the production operation by planning it and thru coordinating with Logistics Department
