* Coaching Team ( Agents, Detailers )

* Performance review

Resolving Customer Issues

* Handling of customer complaints

* Resolve issues

Additional Duties Includes the following:

* Making sure all vehicles are insured

* Determine rates based on type of vehicle, length of rental period

* Ensuring customers are satisfied

* Train and assist staff in assisting customers with reservations over

the phone or in person

* Manage Inventory

* Coordination with staff to deliver rentals to customers

* Handling of funds

In-House Financing

* Maintain accounts ensuring that payments are made as scheduled

* Collections / Repossessions
