  • Collect and input data accordingly into the STEVE-ER system for further publication of vital records for NAPHSIS (National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems) quarterly and annual reports.
  • Witness parents' signatures on Declaration of Paternity, Affidavit of Paternity and Public Acknowledgment, and other legal documents pertaining to Vital Statistics.
  • Receive and process court Findings and Orders regarding Child Support Cases, Adoption, Change of Name, Declaratory Judgment, and other Special Proceedings.
  • Compile and tabulate monthly counts of vital registration for preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
  • Receive and sign for certified documents from FedEx, DHL, and UPS for off-island request transactions, and receipts of delivered supplies and materials from Xerox, National Office Supply, Sanford Technology Group, and other contracted companies.
  • Coordinates and maintains liaison with the Superior Court of Guam, the Attorney General's Office, Child Support Division, the Bureau of Social Services Administration (BOSSA), Child Protective Services (CPS), U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Pacific Daily News (PDN), and other agencies for the collection and retrieval of vital information pursuant to Registration laws.
  • Conducts research and investigations of vital records for customers as well as other agencies and instrumentalities.
  • Review and compile issued Marriage licenses for publication with Pacific Daily News (PDN) on a weekly basis.
