  • Searches the database for open IDIQ work order prior to scheduling follow up work to certify that work be charged correctly to the designated IDIQ work order if required.
  • Ensures that all pass down notes are entered, providing direction on tasking for the next shift and for ensuring awareness of ongoing issues or situations.
  • Keeps track of all assigned work documents, all associated costs (labor, material, subcontract, etc.) for each completed job.
  • Prints, sorts, distributes a variety of work documents such as service calls, project work orders and preventative maintenance task documents to appropriate shops.
