Cold Calling to applicants located specifically in Denver CO, Tampa FL, Glendale CA, and Alberta, Canada who had applied through the career’s portal or a job board. I was in charge of the pre-screening process, appointments set up, and follow-up with the candidates in each specific 24/7 in-touch global site and appointing them for a face-to-face interview.
