  • Make sure in the morning to clean and wipe all the chairs in the golf cart.
  • Drive to the chopper and prepare, wipe all the chairs and replace all headphone covers.
  • Clean inside the chopper, wipe all the windows and windshield.
  • Remove all the cones.
  • Return to the designated area for loading and unloading passengers.
  • Get the manifest of the group that are first to fly out, making sure that the amount listed and the passenger that I am about to escort out to the boarding area are accurate.
  • Before boarding I inform all passengers any bigger items or school bags should not be carried along into the chopper.
  • Escort passengers into the airport to the golf court ensuring that passengers are following every instruction given by mean for their safety precaution.
  • Drive the passenger to the chopper for boarding.
  • Give instructions before approaching the chopper.
  • Load all the passengers and making sure each passenger are seat belted and instruct them to put on their headphones.
  • Making sure all doors of the choppers are well close and lock.
  • Hand the manifest of each group of passengers that are aboard to the pilot.
  • Before departing I insure that it is safe to fly give a thumbs up to the pilot for the go.
  • Head back to the designated area and await for the time, before the chopper lands I should have the next group ready to board after unloading the first flight.
  • After every shift, I was instructed to call for fuel refill.

  • Time in and relief swing shift.
  • Make sure before relieving swing shift that all security posts are covered. Get any information regarding the security who comes in on their daily shift and who is replaced due to not making it to work.
  • Make sure that I call all the security post and check all updates on the premises. Logged it into the computer any reports on all guards.
  • Monitor all the computer for emergency alerts such as; fire, burglary etc.
  • Any alarm that shows on the screen we call the number if residential and check if everything is ok and do they need assistance. If no answer to the number we call that shows in the computer we logged it in and try on the other number that is provided.
  • If alarms go off for company buildings such as schools, we immediately call the Guam Police Department for their assistant to make a routine check on the premises, we should always get the officers that volunteer to do the routine check their name and badge number and we make sure to give our company name and introduce us and make sure that if they are at the premises to call us and give us all the updates on their routine or any finding whatsoever that triggers the alarm.
  • We then logged any incident into the computer and call the person that is in charge to be called if their is any emergency regarding the alarm from the building and let them know the situation.
  • Every hour we radio the security for updates and making sure they are still at their job site.
  • Log into the schedule for morning shift to insure that all securities that are morning shifts are able to come in on time if not they have in form us the mike 1 before 6 am in order for us to look for other security guards that is able to take the over time shift. We make sure that before leaving that all posts are covered.
  • Assist the accountant in the morning during my training for accountant in preparing the timesheets, log in all the hours of each employee into the computer for their payroll, assist in filing the documents, writing reports for each customer complaints, ensuring that their complaints are addressed. Preparing W2 forms for all employees, issuing payroll checks to employees, writing and excuse for our employees if requested by them.
  • Trained during the day for microsoft book.
  • Was in charge of hiring and terminating employees for a reasonable cause.
  • Was on call 24/7 to assist any monitors on having issues with work. Assist the manager if he calls for assistance.
  • Review all reports from monitors if their is incident that is needed to be solved adequately.

  • We check all sewer drainage make sure that it is not block from anything for the rain to drain down.
  • After typhoon we start cleaning every village of Dededo.
