  • As a Electrician 1 at Guam Waterworks Authority. I handle all the preventive maintenance of the HVAC systems from ceiling mounts, split units, cassette type, floor mounts, centralized package units. Including repairs like refrigerant leaks, compressor/filter drier change out, and removal/installs on split unit air-cons.
  • Working at GWA in the Facility Maintenance Department. I am also tasked to do some carpentry work such as office renovations, drywall repair, patch and paint.
  • Including minor plumbing work. Such as unclogging toilets/urinals/sinks or replacing p-traps, bowl wax, faucets, hose bibs, valves for the toilet/sinks, and snaking.
